Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During new launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99
- Free Shipping: Orders of $75 or more (before taxes and discounts)
Shipping costs are calculated before sales tax and will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order ships, estimated delivery is:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather, carrier delays, or holiday shipping volumes.
Multiple Shipments
Some items may ship separately because we work with different trusted fulfillment partners. If your order arrives in more than one package, don’t worry—it’s completely normal, and you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us, and we’ll do everything we can to help you work with the carrier.
